Do I really need a water assessment first?
Yes — and it is free. Water quality varies enormously between suburbs, and a system sized for the wrong supply either under-performs or costs more than it needs to. Testing on site takes about 45 minutes.
Will filtration reduce my water pressure?
A correctly sized whole home system is designed around your flow rate. Most households notice no practical difference. Pressure problems almost always come from an undersized system or a cartridge left in far too long.
How often do filters need replacing?
Typically every 6 to 12 months depending on your water and household usage. We send a reminder before it is due and can either post cartridges to you or send a technician.
Do you service the whole of Australia?
Installation and service is available in all mainland states and Tasmania, including most regional centres. Tell us your postcode when you enquire and we will confirm coverage.
Is there a warranty?
Every Zaminaro system is covered by a manufacturer warranty on the housings and components, with workmanship covered on the installation. Full terms are provided with your written recommendation.
