The terms that apply to our products, services and this website.
Last updated: 2026. These terms apply to the supply, installation and servicing of Zaminaro Water Filtration products and to your use of this website.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the water test results and site conditions observed at the assessment. Where site conditions differ materially from those observed — for example concealed plumbing, inadequate access or unexpected supply conditions — we will advise you before any additional work or cost is incurred.
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote document.
Installation
Installations are carried out by licensed plumbers to the relevant plumbing code. You are responsible for providing safe access to the installation location and for obtaining any owner or body corporate consent required.
Installation includes commissioning, a handover explaining bypass operation and service points, and the documentation for your system.
Warranty
Systems are covered by a manufacturer warranty on housings and components, and installation workmanship is covered separately. Warranty periods and exclusions are set out in the documentation supplied with your system.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, freezing, water pressure outside specification, or failure to replace filtration media within the recommended intervals.
Maintenance and replacement media
Filtration media is consumable and must be replaced at the recommended intervals for the system to perform as specified. Reminders are provided as a courtesy; responsibility for replacement rests with the system owner.
Performance
Reduction figures quoted for any system are based on manufacturer and media testing under defined laboratory conditions. Actual results vary with incoming water quality, flow rate, temperature and media condition. We do not warrant that any system will remove any contaminant entirely.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
